Roots & Rituals
This is an exclusive six-night immersion in the heart of Salento, designed to balance physical well-being with Italy's cultural richness. You will stay in an authentic rural masseria, where you will start your mornings with Pilates sessions among ancient olive trees and aqua gym classes.
The itinerary combines the exploration of architectural gems like Lecce and Otranto with unique sensory experiences: from visits to the spectacular Zinzulusa Cave and the Santa Maria di Leuca coast, to a boat excursion or a relaxing afternoon at the spa.
Gastronomy is the common thread of this journey:
Learn the secrets of artisanal pasta in private cooking classes.
Discover the production of organic olive oil at our own oil mill.
Participate in tastings of local wines.
Everything culminates each day with traditional dinners that celebrate the authentic and seasonal flavors of the region.

Attractions
Discover some of the most famous tourist attractions near Tenuta Linazza
Grotta Verde
It can be reached from the sea; just a few strokes are enough to reach the entrance of the ravine—a chamber with stalactites and rocks that, together with the water, turn an emerald green thanks to the refraction of the sun's rays. The cave takes on different shades throughout the day, offering a truly evocative spectacle.

Grotta della Zinzulusa
The name of the cave derives from the dialectal term "zinzuli," meaning rags, and is due to the karst formations—specifically the stalactites—that hang from the ceiling like hanging rags. The formation of the cave, which occurred through marine erosion, dates back to the Pliocene period.
Protected by the cliffs in Marina Serra, within the municipality of Tricase, lies one of the most beautiful natural pools in the Mediterranean. In this corner of paradise, the sea—driven by the wind—has shaped the sandstone rocks to create a cove of crystal-clear water.

Leuca
Santa Maria di Leuca is the finis terrae, the southernmost tip of Salento. Leuca is highly regarded for its 19th-century villas and crystal-clear sea, which is overlooked by numerous swimmable caves. Don't miss the sanctuary and the monumental staircase of the aqueduct.

Baia dei turchi
It was here that, according to tradition, the Turkish warriors who besieged Otranto in the 15th century first landed. Sandy and pristine, the bay belongs to the prestigious protected Oasis of the Alimini Lakes, one of the most important ecosystems in Salento and the Puglia region.
The easternmost municipality in Italy was first a Greek-Messapic and Roman center, then Byzantine, and later Aragonese. The ancient village, which unfolds around the imposing castle and the Norman cathedral, has been recognized as a UNESCO Cultural Heritage site and is a member of the association of the most beautiful villages in Italy (I Borghi più belli d'Italia).

Piscina della Zinzulusa
Nestled within the spectacular rocky scenery of the Zinzulusa Cave, this seawater swimming pool features continuous water circulation and takes its name from the nearby grotto.
Open from June to September, it is the ideal spot for children and families who want to spend a day at the pool without giving up the sea. Just below the pool, a small ladder leads directly into the open water.

Lecce
An Italian city of art in the South, it is known as the "Florence of the South" or the "Florence of the Baroque". Its ancient Messapic origins and the archaeological remains of Roman rule blend seamlessly with the richness and exuberance of the 17th-century Baroque style seen in the churches and palaces of the city center. These structures are built from Lecce stone, a malleable limestone perfectly suited for intricate stonework and chiseling.
A fishing and seaside center, it boasts ancient origins as the heir to the Roman Castrum Minervae. It was one of the first cities in Salento to be elevated to the rank of a county. Of notable interest are the castle and its walls, the Church of the Annunziata, and the nearby Bosco dello Scarra, also known as the Oak Park.
