The restaurant is located inside the farmhouse; here, you can taste the freshest and most authentic products of the Salento area.

In summer, you can enjoy lunch or dinner on the outdoor patio surrounded by olive trees, while in winter, you can dine inside a spacious and welcoming room, also ideal for events and parties.

The menu is based on the seasonality of the products, from the fresh fish bought daily at the harbor to the vegetables harvested from our organic garden and the fresh pasta handmade every day by Emilio, the chef and owner of the estate.

Tenuta Linazza is one of our favorite restaurants. We adore both the excellent cuisine and the relaxing atmosphere inspired by a blend of Hispanic and Salento styles. The seafood appetizer is composed of various tastings, and there is a very interesting selection of first courses, each more flavorful than the last.

Everything is simple yet refined at the same time, thanks to the use of very fresh, top-quality raw materials and, obviously, the skill of Chef Emilio, who takes care of every single detail to achieve maximum flavor. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
